Processing & Fulfillment
Orders received by 3 PM EST on weekdays ship the same day.
Every order is trackable — a tracking number is provided as soon as it ships.
Customs duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Options
If you would prefer to use your own carrier account or pick up your order in person, we can accommodate that too.
Use Your Own Carrier Account: Provide your carrier account number and we will ship free of charge using your account.
Free Office Pick Up: Orders can be picked up free of charge from our New York location (389 5th Ave #810, New York, NY 10016), usually ready within 2-3 hours.
